Refund Policy

At Happy Car Wash, all wash purchases are final once the wash is completed. If you notice any issues or feel your wash isn’t up to standard, please speak with a staff member immediately so we can address it before you leave.

Membership Refunds

Happy Car Wash does not issue refunds once a membership payment has been processed.

No refunds for membership payments: All membership charges are final once billed.

No refunds for mid-month cancellations: You may cancel anytime, but the unused portion of the current billing cycle is not refundable. Your membership will remain active until your next billing date.
